FlyLady Cleaning Method- FREE Printables

Hi friends!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I wanted to share with you my FlyLady cleaning journal pintables, as well as a simple recap of how I have been implementing the method in our home.

I am finishing my third full month of the FlyLady cleaning method. My biggest challenge so far has been the amount of decluttering that needed to take place before being able to implement the method well.

Even though I’ve gotten quite a bit of decluttering done, I still have a ton to do! I like being able to put the printables into transparent page protectors, so I am able to change my priority weekly. My current priority is definitely still decluttering!

Zone cleanings have literally been amazing! It’s incredible how much is overlooked on the daily basis. I found that the first month of using this method was by far the most challenging. Not just because of the decluttering, but also because a large majority of things that needed cleaned were all things that had been overlooked. Once they were all done and completed the first month, the second month was simply maintenance!

Another thing that has helped with keeping things organized and simple is this FlyLady checklist! This is great for when you are doing the 15 minute zone cleanings and need a quick guide to make sure all the points have been checked off! Again, it’s amazing how many things get overlooked without a checklist!

Here is a look at my first declutter and a flip-through of the cleaning journal!

Thank you for being here!

Oceanic Inspiration

Winding veils round their heads, the women walked on deck. They were now moving steadily down the river, passing the dark shapes of ships at anchor, and London was a swarm of lights with a pale yellow canopy drooping above it. There were the lights of the great theatres, the lights of the long streets, lights that indicated huge squares of domestic comfort, lights that hung high in air.

No darkness would ever settle upon those lamps, as no darkness had settled upon them for hundreds of years. It seemed dreadful that the town should blaze for ever in the same spot; dreadful at least to people going away to adventure upon the sea, and beholding it as a circumscribed mound, eternally burnt, eternally scarred. From the deck of the ship the great city appeared a crouched and cowardly figure, a sedentary miser.
